Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal unveiled on Thursday Phase 2 of the Sabah Covid-19 Stimulus Package called "Sabah New Deal" amounting to RM240 million to activate or stimulate the state's economic recovery from the impact of Covid-19.
The package contains three steps mainly focused on the state government's digitalisation, food security and human capital development.

Phase 1 of the State's stimulus package was launched on Mar 25 involving RM670 million which contained 15 steps targeted on various groups in business and the community.
