THE 1.3 million Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, or 4Ps, beneficiaries under the national government’s Social Amelioration Program (SAP) can now withdraw their cash subsidies.
This came after the Land Bank of the Philippines announced on Friday that it had fully released P6.47-billion worth of grants to its cash cards.
